ABOUT APOSTLE ALFRED MAKHAVHU

Apostle Makhavhu was born in 1965 in Diepkloof, Soweto in a family of six children. He married Bongi Makhavhu and is blessed with two sons.

As a faithful servant of the Lord, he strives to establish order, excellence and integrity in the Body of Christ. His accomplishments achieved in the spreading of God's Word are indicative of his growth and contribution to the Kingdom of God.

Apostle Makhavhu was ordained in 1988 at FaithWays Bible Church, where he served as a youth pastor. He was called to fulltime ministry in 1995 and founded Flames of Fire Ministries in Rockville Soweto. Under his ministry the church grew and in 2001, he established a branch of Flames of Fire in Zakariyya Park.

In 2004, he established the Christ Kingdom Missions which seeks to bring leaders from various denominations together in the Body of Christ to fight the common enemy and speak with one voice. In 2005, he established a Flames of Fire Bible School which is an extension of Teamwork Bible College International (TBCI), recognized and accredited by the Accrediting Commission International (ACI).
